We at Or-Israeli respect your privacy. This privacy policy describes how the App collects and uses personal and non-personal information we gather. As we wish to make sure you are aware of the information we may gather, who we may share it with and what we may do with it. Please read this Privacy Policy ("the Policy") carefully as it is binding upon you for any and all uses of the App (as defined in our Terms herein http://timerflashlight.blogspot.com/. This Policy applies to any and all of our websites, applications, products and services.
Please take your time reading this Policy as it is binding upon you with any use of any kind you may make with the App. If you somehow disagree to anything herein, please DO NOT make any use of any kind of the App or any of the related services.
This Policy does not apply to other services we may link to or work with. We are not responsible to any practices of such companies, individuals, websites and applications, platforms, devices and any other third party of any kind. Please make sure you review their policies and act in accordance with your requirements, and theirs.
The information we collect:
1. We may collect information of two kinds -
1.1. "Personally Identifiable Information" ("PII") might be required for some of our services, such as (but not limited to) your name (should you choose to enter it), your postal address, telephone number, email address, payment information, information you have authorized your relevant social network to share with us or other information that can be used to identify you or contact you. Such PII is collected and stored with us. For example, we may collect certain information when you activate certain paid features of the App, purchase the right to use certain remote-features, contact us with specific questions or otherwise supply us with such information. In the future we may offer additional features, services and promotional opportunities that would require you to submit PII to participate. Please do not do so if you disagree to anything within this Policy.
1.2. We also collect and store "Non Personally Identifiable Information" ("Non-PII") including, your IP address, your ZIP code, various geo-location data, your Media Access Control (MAC) address, your user ID, information regarding your hardware (both the mobile device and data regarding other devices you control using the App), the type of browser you use, websites you visit, advertisements you click, services and devices you may use, language preferences, information regarding crashes of the App, etc. Non-PII will not be associated with PII and processed independently.
2. We also use certain kinds of "cookies" (or GIFs or similar technologies as they develop) on your device or software to identify users, collect and store information about your usage of the App and services. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. When you visit websites and other platforms, the cookie identifies your device and allows the visited website or platform to better interact with you. We and certain of our third party partners use cookies to enhance the App's services, compile aggregate data about your choices, display targeted advertisements based on your activities, measure the traffic to our various services and features, and other various uses of Non-PII.
If you do not wish to have cookies placed on your device, you should set your browser to refuse cookies before using the App, with the drawback that certain features of the App may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
The App does not control cookies employed by our third party service providers and partners or placed in third-party ads, and you are encouraged to check the privacy policies of advertisers and/or ad services to learn about their use of cookies and other technology. The ads appearing on our Websites may be delivered to you by third-party advertising companies.
3. The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not solicit or knowingly collect information from such children, nor will we knowingly accept registration from them.
Social Media Features and Widgets
4. App includes social media features such as the Facebook "Like" button, Google+1 button and Widgets, such as the "Share this" button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and various other information and may also set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our App. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
5. You may choose to share information between your App's account and your social network account (such as Facebook). Through this option, you may choose to have personal information and other content about you available from social networks, transmitted and shared through the services. Similarly, you may choose to have personal information and other content about you available from the App, including your preferences and views, transmitted to and shared through your social network account.
6. By setting your App to integrate with social networks including by signing onto the App by using your social network account (such as your Facebook/Google account), you agree to share information (including personally identifiable information) between the App and social networks.
7. The social network's use of information made available by the app is governed by that social network's privacy policy and controlled by the social network, not by this Policy or us.
8. When you connect to the social network account through the App for the first time or otherwise make the App interact with your social network account, you will be asked to permit the social network to share your personal information stored on such social network with the App. We collect your information from your social networks account only in accordance with your privacy settings you have set up under your social networks accounts. Accordingly we only collect such information which you allowed the social network(s) to share with third parties (such as your name, email address, list of friends, profile picture, other information you make publicly available via the applicable social network and/or other information you authorize us to access by authorizing the social network to provide such information) subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such social network accounts.
How we may use or share the information we collect:
9. We DO NOT share or use any of the information except as detailed herein in this Policy.
10. We use or share the information in various ways, such as –
10.1. for the purpose of providing you with the services offered by the App;
10.2. for purposes as responding to your requests for information, products or services and supply any other support requested by you;
10.3. for sending you various commercial offers from us or our partners, that might be of interest to you, including by newsletters, push-notices on your device, etc.;
10.4. for better customizing the advertising, commercial or other offers and communicating with you about our (and our affiliates) offerings (such as our newsletter and tailored advertisements);
10.5. to better optimize the App for all of its users, its performance, its services and its customer services, to determine how people use our services, how often a user clicks on advertisements or on the offered devices within the App,
10.6. to be shared with entities we have specific agreements with;
10.7. it is required in connection with a sale of all or substantially all of the assets of the App or the merger of the App into another entity or any consolidation, share exchange, combination, reorganization, or like transaction in which the App is not the survivor.
10.8. for any statistical and analytical purpose;
10.9. for sending updates and suggestions regarding the App and its services;
10.10. to enforce our Terms, this Policy and any other requirements or directions detailed by the App;
10.11. to comply with any applicable law and assist law enforcement agencies or other national or local authorities under any applicable law, when we believe such cooperation is legally mandated or meets the applicable legal standards;
10.12. to prevent fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity theft and other illegal activities and misuse of the App's services;
10.13. to take any action in any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and the App or between you and other users or third parties with respect to, or in relation with the App.
11. We reserve the right to fully use and disclose any information that is not PII (such as statistics, most frequented domains, phishing attempts blocked by our Services).
12. PII is used solely for the purpose it is collected, for delivering the service it is collected for or for the purpose you authorized us. PII may also be used if we believe it is required to minimize any risk to our users', partners' or our safety and property rights, or if an authorized body (such as the police or the relevant courts) order us to act in said manner) or as we are required by law for the best of our understanding.
13. We sometimes use third parties to help with some aspects of the App, such as processing payments and providing marketing and reach of our users who want this. Yet, we will never supply your PII to anyone unless you specifically authorize this or it is crucial for a certain feature you wish to operate (such as online purchases, etc.).
14. We aggregate the Non-PII that we collect and we may exchange it with advertisers and other partners who are interested. We share this Non-PII in order to better optimize our and our partners' services to our users and supply you, and everyone else, with better suited offers and services.
Updating, Correcting or Deleting Personal Information
15. You may correct, update, or delete your PII by accessing it through the edit account information page or by emailing our Customer Support at davidweinberg0@gmail.com. If emailing Customer Support, please allow us a reasonable period of time in order to satisfy your request.
16. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Third party advertising
17. We may share non-PII collected from or about you with advertisers and our business partners in order to tailor advertisements, measure advertising effectiveness, and enable other enhancements to such marketing efforts.
18. When you click on or view an advertisement on the App, the third party advertiser may collect some information from or about you. We do not control and are not aware of such information gathering and usage practices of such third parties. They may have their own privacy policies and are not covered by this Policy. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of such other parties and act accordingly.
Newsletters from us or our partners
19. You have the option of checking the relevant box to ask us to send you various commercial information such as information about our or our partners' services and offers that might interest you.
20. Please note that legal and other notices from us, will still be sent to you unless you request specifically not to when you contact us/ If you so choose - those legal notices will still govern your use of the App and its services.
Security measures:
21. At certain times, you supply us with information such as your credit card numbers or other personal information. We will encrypt your transmissions using SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") and maybe other technologies and store the information using professional hosting servers (such as Google's). They are located in the USA. However, there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Web. We rely on third party services reasonably accepted by security experts and we also rely on yourself to select passwords that cannot be guessed easily and are safeguarded from third parties. Any such breach will not be the App's responsibility.
Consent to Transfer:
22. If you are located in the European Union, Mexico, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App or providing us with any information, you hereby authorize us and consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information in the United States/Israel, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside or are a citizen.
Changes to this Privacy Statement:
23. We may make changes to this Policy from time to time for any reason. Use of information we have collected or collect about you is subject to this Policy in effect at the time such information is used (though you always have the option to delete your account as described above). If we make changes in the way we use PII, we will notify you via e-mail or by posting an announcement on the App. You will be bound by any changes to this Policy when you use the App after such notice of such changes have been posted.
